How it works and what you’ll get

  • Follow the link below to book your initial one-hour call and make the payment.

  • Please fill out the questionnaire to provide me with as much information as possible.

  • If necessary, I will ask you for any additional information to better understand the reasons why you need the design.

  • Our call will take place on Google Meet at the appointed day and time. This call will help me understand your vision and your needs. It will be important for you to provide me with an updated floor plan with dimensions.

  • In the days following the call I will send you a contract proposal based on the needs you expressed.

  • If you decide to proceed, once the contract is signed I will begin the design.

  • I will prepare a mood board with inspirational images, a color palette, a proposed layout plan and a proposal of materials.

  • We’ll set up a new call during which I will explain my proposal to you.

  • I'll update the concept with any comments you may have and we'll make an alignment call.

  • I’ll proceed to prepare your drawings, that is:

    - plasterboard plan
    - floor and wall finishes plan
    - ceiling plan
    - lighting plan
    - electrical layout
    - custom-made furnishings
    - plumbing layout

    I’ll provide you with a FF&E (furniture, fixings and equipment) schedule, and I will also create photorealistic renderings (quantity to be agreed).

  • We'll set up a new call during which I will explain your book to you.

  • I will update your book with any changes.

  • I will send you the digital material that I will have created for you.

Time frame: 2-3 months

N.B.: this service does not include my physical presence. It therefore does not include a survey, accompaniments to showrooms, Artistic Direction, or quantity calculation.

Cost

When booking, it is necessary to make the initial call payment of €230 plus accessory legal charges.

The price of the book will be defined after the initial call.
